Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. Because every computer monitor displays color differently, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All items made from natural products such as but not limited to-limestone, marble, alabaster, granite and wood will have natural variations and no two will be the same. These variations should be expected and are not seen as defects. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Grats Decor  reserves the right to correct improperly priced items at any time. In the event an improperly priced item is discovered after credit card processing, Grats Decor will promptly void the sale, issue a refund via the same method used to purchase the item, and give the customer an opportunity to purchase the item at its proper price.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

All products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Grats Decor upholds the warranties provided by the artisans and manufacturers who create our furnishings. Because the details and duration of our manufacturers' warranties differ, we encourage you to contact us at info@gratsdecor.com for specific warranty information and policies on products of interest. In the event of a defect or damaged item due to shipping, Grats Decor reserves the right to replace either the component(s) or whole item at no charge to customer. Light bulbs, if included, are not covered under any Grats Decor or manufacturer warranty. If the product has been altered or used for purposes other than those for which it was designed, no warranty will be honored. (1) Moving the furniture from the original delivery address voids any warranty. (2) Commercial usage will void warranty. (3) Warranty claims may take an estimated 30 days to process. By purchasing a product you accept manufacturer's specific warranty.

Grats Decor will not be responsible or liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including without limitation lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, that arises out of or is in any way connected with purchase from the use or misuse of a product purchased from the Grats Decor website.

Please email us to report any warranty issue. In most cases, our customer service will respond within 2 business days to provide you further directions and assign you a Return Authorization # (RA#). In the mean time, a UPS call sticker will be mailed to you to return the defective / damaged item(s). You will be responsible to return the defective / damaged item(s) along with the RA# to the original warehouse in original package.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall Grats Decor, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. TAX INFORMATION

Grats Decor is a registered corporation in the State of California and is responsible for collecting 8.75% state sales tax on all orders shipped within the state. We do NOT charge sales tax for items shipped to outside of California. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate this tax on all orders shipped within the state of California.

LEAD TIMES, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

We make every effort to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible and to assure a smooth and prompt delivery of your ordered item(s). However, our lead times (also known as production times) are approximate and provided to Grats Decor by our manufacturers. Grats Decor will do its best to meet lead times, although factors outside of our control, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backup in production or not having all materials on hand to complete your item(s), make it impossible for us to guarantee any specific due date. In case of any delay, you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware that any problem exists. Most in-stock items are delivered in 4 to 6 weeks from date of order. All custom/special orders (this includes, but not limited to, furniture lines that you must select a finish color or fabric choice) have lead time of approximately 4 to 14 weeks depending on type of order and manufacturer. Many of our items are custom made or ship direct from our vendors and artisans to your door. You are getting the products straight from the source so there is less chance for delay or a middleman handling the shipments. Quality craftsmanship takes time, so please be patient as delivery times for these items will vary widely. We welcome your inquiries as the estimated delivery time approaches and we can follow up to give you a more specific idea of your ship date at that time.

Also note that shipping time for items are not included in lead times and is calculated from the time that the item(s) are scheduled for pickup from our manufacturer. We act as your liaison to best assist you in a prompt delivery but again, there are variables that are out of our control as we are considered a third party.

Orders sent via "UPS Ground" average 3 - 7 business days once they leave the factory.

Orders sent via "UPS 2 Day Air" average 2 business days once they leave the factory.

Orders sent via Freight Carrier average 7 -15 business days depending on location once the leave the factory.

Please keep in mind that these time frames are AFTER the product leaves our manufacturer. Once your item has been shipped you may contact Customer Service to obtain a tracking number. Please note that it could take up to 24 hours from the time your order leaves the warehouse to the time the information is available on UPS or another carrier’s website.

If you have a large order and one item is going to cause a delay or is backordered, we may ship your order in multiple shipments. You will not pay any extra shipping charges for the extra shipment(s). If you need to verify stock information and availability prior to placing your order, please contact Grats Decor directly.

Most orders can be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. Larger items (as noted on the price list) and volume orders will be shipped via common carrier. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Customer's preferred carrier will be used if customer agrees to assume any additional or all (if applicable) transportation charges. Please note, choosing your own shipping carrier may result in canceled warranties. All shipments are packed very carefully using standard approved packing methods. If any damage or loss occurs in transit, please do not refuse the shipment as this causes unnecessary shipping expenses and delays. If you need  or require immediate shipping, these type of inquiries may incur additional "hot rush" fees (which will be quoted at the time of request depending on size and type of order). We will do our best to meet your requested date, but it is not guaranteed. For more information or to request rush delivery, please contact Grats Decor directly.

Furniture and large items often ship via freight carrier. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Freight companies will contact you a few days prior to the delivery to schedule a delivery date and time frame (typically 2-4 hour window) that works for you. For standard freight delivery our shippers deliver furniture to your driveway. Premium in-home delivery is available for additional fee if you would like the item placed inside the threshold of your home or in a particular room with all packing materials discarded. Freight items can be ONLY shipped within the 48 contiguous states.

If you need to reschedule the delivery with our carrier, please contact them as soon as possible so as not to incur any charges for missed delivery appointments.If your scheduled appointment is missed, you will be charged a delivery trip fee. Please do not arrange for the item/items to be delivered when no one is home to receive them. Although our suppliers take great care in packaging their goods for shipping, damages may occur in transit. Furniture items must be carefully inspected BEFORE you sign for the delivery. If the furniture happens to arrive with any defects DO NOT sign for the items. Contact us immediately while the trucking company is there so that we may discuss the best way to handle the situation. If you are not able to get in contact with us, please note the damages and status of the packaging materials on the bill of lading before signing for the delivery. Grats Decor will be unable to assist you in the replacement of damaged goods or reimbursement if the above procedures are not followed.

Free Shipping: Free shipping applies only to Standard Shipping within the Continental US (within the 48 contiguous states only).  To inquire about shipping rates outside of Continental US, please contact Grats Decor directly. APO and FPO addresses may incur an additional charge. If for any reason you need to return an item that had free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus our standard shipping cost and minus re-stocking fee. The only exception to this policy is if an item received is defective, in which case it will be replaced with no additional shipping fees. Custom made items, some lighting, furniture and bedding are not returnable. Refer to our return policy for details. Freight and oversized items may be sent via freight carrier by truck. In the case that the ship to address is not accessible by regular delivery truck, the customer will be responsible for all additional delivery charges such as ferry fees, etc. Please contact Grats Decor directly to make us aware of any special delivery requirements that must be taken for the item to reach the final destination.Free Shipping offer does not include furniture assembly (but may be available for additional fees if it is arranged before order is placed). Please contact Grats Decor directly before placing your order should you need special delivery arrangements or furniture assembly.

Additional shipping charges: Some of our items require additional charges to ensure they arrive at your home in safe and sound condition. Artwork may need to be securely carted and packaged, and glass lampshades may require special handling fees. Any additional shipping charge above our standard shipping cost is noted on the product page as a "delivery surcharge".

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Unshipped items can be cancelled free of charge within 2 days of placing your order and/or as long as the item was neither manufactured nor customized specifically for the customer. Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel your order by contacting Grats Decor.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Sometimes an IN-STOCK item may actually be OUT OF STOCK (sometimes an item may sell out before we've had a chance to update the web-site). Please note that listed availability might not be applicable for multiple copies of an item and items recently discontinued by our suppliers. In addition, sudden demand for an item can have an effect on its availability. Grats Decor will make every effort to ship orders complete. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. If the item was with a larger order there will be no freight charge. If the item is no longer available we will do our best to notify you immediately.We will inform you by phone or e-mail if any of your purchased item(s) prove to be on backorder or unavailable. Grats Decor does it's best to ship out products in a timely manner, but we reserve the right to backorder or cancel orders at any time for any reason. You will be notified via email if part or all of your order is back ordered more than 4 weeks.

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment information must be submitted in order to process your order. All purchases must be paid in US dollars. Grats Decor currently accepts VISA, MasterCard, and Money Orders as valid methods of payment for all purchases. For a better peace of mind, please also refer to the privacy & security policy and fraud protection program offered by your credit card issuing company. Prices and policies are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, coupon or gift certificate errors or misuse and abuse or incorrect product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed under these conditions and correct any disparities whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a full credit to your credit card account. We reserve the right to refuse any order. When you place an order, your order information (including your name, address, credit card number) is encrypted using a market-proven secure server for maximum security. Your credit card and billing information cannot be read by any third party as it travels to our order system. The order system we employ processes millions of transactions each month.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

Order confirmations are automatically sent to the billing email address given by you during checkout. IN ORDER TO RESERVE YOUR PRODUCT WITH OUR MANUFACTURERS, YOUR CREDIT CARD MAY BE CHARGED THE BALANCE OF YOUR SALES ORDER AT THE TIME YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. If upon placing your order online, you don't receive an email confirmation within 48 hours please contact us immediately at 415-593-7323. Upon receiving your order confirmation via email please review all aspects of the order for data accuracy; you have 48 hours from the time you receive the order confirmation to make any correction to the items listed on the order or cancel your order. If after the 48 hours you wish the items on the order changed, we will attempt to make the change with the manufacturer, if the order cannot be changed with the manufacturer, there will be a restocking fee charged. Orders should not be considered changed, unless you receive from Grats Decor a confirmation email outlining the changes you requested, which you will only receive upon our verification with the manufacturer that the order has been changed. Upon receiving this email confirmation, you will be required to reply to the change order as verification by you of the changes.

The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Grats Decor reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice.
